	Three impressive additions were completed in 2008 to create much needed space for a growing family of six. A large screened porch was added to the front of the home. On the 2nd story, two bedrooms were expanded outwards 10 feet. Also a spacious Master Suite was added for Mom & Dad!

	A Custom 24' x 26' Garage was constructed using Hardi Panel and Hardi Trim boards to achieve a Board-n-Batten aesthetic. Hardi staggered edge shingles were installed in the gables. Maintenance free PVC trim was used on the door surrounds, and on the rake and fascia boards.

	A Custom 36' x 40' Garage was constructed with high ceilings to accommodate a large boat. This Garage was well equipped with plenty of storage located overhead in the Carolina Truss system. Siding was matched to the Owner's home using Georgia Pacific products, and three impressive insulated overhead doors were installed with custom light panels and power lifts. Maintenance free PVC trim was used on all door surrounds, rake, and fascia boards.

	An unusual weather phenomenon occurred in Sandy Point, VA on August 24, 2009. As a result of gale-force winds, a massive pine tree fell upon this Owner's deck, crushing it beyond repair. A new 20' x 20' deck was constructed of all pressure treated materials, with storage space under the deck for sea-kayaks, and even a "floating" planter display area (no pictured).

	This lovely home received an exterior upgrade by way of replacing the existing painted T1-11 in all gables (pictured below) with new Crane Portsmouth-Shake siding. All rake and fascia boards were upgraded to maintenance free PVC materials. Also, all windows were re-wrapped in new white PVC-coated metal coil stock.

`	This home received an exterior remodel as well. All windows were replaced with new Gorell windows-which meet the Energy Star Tax Credit guidelines, and have one of the best warranties in the business! Additionally, the roof was completely replaced with Tamko Heritage 30 year architectural shingles, and the siding was replaced with new vinyl siding.

	Updated Patio! We installed two brand new Anderson 400 series French doors for their river-side patio. These doors are stylish, and energy efficient with high performance LowE glass, and even a retractable screen!

	This charming cottage's windows were all replaced with new Anderson 400 series custom windows. Additionally, the main entry door was replaced with a new 3/0 x 6/8 entry, and a custom-made screen door with removable Plexiglas panel for weatherization. The river-side screened porch (not pictured) was upgraded with a removal of the old traditional wire screen, and replacement with new PetScreen, trimmed in maintenance free PVC lathe-strips.
