Custom Garages  A Custom 24' x 26' Garage completed in 2008 utilizing Hardi Panel and Hardi Trim To achieve a board-n-batten aesthetic. Hardi Staggered Edge Shingles in the Gables. Maintenance free PVC trim used throughout.
 A Custom 36' x 40' Garage was constructed with high ceilings to accommodate a large boat. This Garage was well equipped with plenty of storage located overhead in the Carolina Truss system. Siding was matched to the Owner's home using Georgia Pacific products, and three impressive insulated overhead doors were installed with custom light panels and power lifts. Maintenance free PVC trim was used on all door surrounds, rake, and fascia boards.

Decks & Porches  An unusual weather phenomenon occurred in Sandy Point on August 24, 2009. As a result of gale-force winds, a massive pine tree fell upon this Owner's deck, crushing it beyond repair. A new 20' x 20' deck was constructed of all pressure treated materials, with storage under for sea-kayak's, and even a "floating" planter display area (not pictured).
 This screened porch received a major update in 2009. All screen was removed and replaced with Pet Screen, and all exterior trim was replaced with maintenance free vinyl lathe strips. Siding Upgrades  A complete exterior remodel! Green materials were used such as Hardi products, KOMA PVC trim, Azek’s Pro-Cell Decking, and Andersen 400 Series Windows and Sliding Glass Doors. A Cable Rail System was installed on the 2nd story’s overlook deck and stairwell.
 This lovely home received an exterior upgrade by way of replacing all the existing painted T1-11 in the gables with new Crane Portsmouth Shake siding. All rake and fascia boards were upgraded to maintenance free PVC materials. Also, all windows were re-wrapped in new white PVC-coated metal coil stock.
